We've also met the unique challenges posed by these facilities with our 36+ years of MEP/FP expertise. One industry challenge we often see is frequently changing construction codes. KEA stays current with all of these changes and/or new requirements, giving our clients peace of mind. In this COVID-19 era, many of our clients are requesting enhanced HVAC filtration systems, more fresh air and less cross-contamination between client spaces. KEA is seeing this trend in many building types, not just Medical Facilities. Another interesting 2020 Pandemic trend: increased power and internet in multi-family residential buildings. This is to support increased work-from-home demands.
